I think 190 km/h is not a deadline for Toyota Avensis and I'd say I'm surprised and disappointed with it at the time. If I were you man I'd tune it: install superchrging, perfomance exhaust and intake systems - and given the aerodynamics of your Avensis it can reach top speed at 240 km I guess.
