Alfa Romeo Reverts to US Market

After over 10 year intermission Italian Alfa Romeo reverts to US car market. This was announced by Sergio Marchione, Fiat executive director, in the frames of press conference report.

According to the report Alf Romeo expansion to US car market poses the part of the company long-term strategy and will start in 2007. In fact, Alfa Romeo cars will be distributed via Maserati dealers network – the marque also owned by Fiat.

The model line destined for US market will include Alfa Romeo 159, Brera and Spider models. As well, 8C Competizione coupe constructed on the basis of Maserati Coupe/Spider and equipped with the same 4.7 V8 engine.
