Jaguar Sold Its Factory in Browns Lane

Jaguar Company sold its Browns Lane factory that manufactured representative British automobiles since 1951 to construction materials company.

Till recently Browns lane factory was issuing Jaguar XJ and XK models but in 2005 the models were put off the production line. In addition this enterprise was manufacturing wooden, metal parts for inner compartment decoration of Jaguar, Land Rover and Aston Martin cars.

It is known that Jaguar cars manufacturing will move to Whitley – new factory opened in 1985. Later Jaguar museum and Daimler cars museum will be settled there as well.
