Saab Announced 9-3 Model Service campaign

Saab Company owing to putative defects of ball-bearings in rear wheels center boss will recall in Germany 238 cars of Saab 9-3.

This service campaign of the Sweden car manufacturer will concern only those Saab 9-3 cars that were issued in November, 2005. The ball-bearings tempering of those cars may not meet the specifications standard alleged. At worst this defect may lead to precisely tuned rear wheels suspension deregulation.

The Saab 9-3 owners concerned will be notified to visit Saab brand car service centers for absolutely free examination and swapping of suspicious ball-bearings.

This service campaign is taking place in the light of recently announced record sales level in Saab history amounted to 34 192 automobiles for the first 2006 quarter marking 24 % growth compared to 2005 first quarter period. The Lion part of Saab sales were made in European market making 23 895 automobiles.
