Audi S3

Audi has unveiled a new version of A3- S3. The S3 gains all setting of its class – at the level of a sports car. S3 is equipped with 2.0 Turbo FSI engine (265bhp), new turbo charger with enlarged turbine and compressor rotor and modified intercooler.

The engine accelerates the car 0-62mph in 5.7 seconds and a top speed limited to 155mph. The fuel consumption is 25.7mpg. Audi S3 has six-speed manual gearbox with reduced shift travel, four-wheel-drive, sports suspension, 18-inch alloy wheels. The greater part of components and interior stuffing incorporate aluminium content.

The new model is going on sale in Russia in 2007. The basic price of Audi S3 in Germany is € 35,150. In the UK it is estimated at £27,000.
