Jeep, 1995, CherokeeWell I am basically going to write out my entire journey about my Jeep. I'm gonna tell you that this jeep has been through so much and means alot to me and me, mother, and grandmother. The madness began in the summer month of August in early 2004...When my mother had her Malibu reposessed. We were completely carless and had no way of getting anywere except public transportation and our own feet. At the time I didn't really understand the kind of trouble we were in. I was only 6 and when my Uncle suggested we buy the Jeep from him I was like, "Oh gross! It's so old!" But I am here to tell you, That boxy little shoebox grew on me! at first I was like, Oh my god I am feeling bad for a car. Pretty soon when anyone would trash talk it I would key their car with my house key. It may sound insane but it was just the way I was toward my little Cherokee! I've really been through alot with it...At one point in early 2009 me, my mother, and grandmother were homeless and were forced to live in it! Im here to tell you it was the worst and yet best 3 months of my life! Why the worst? Alot of the reasons such as no access to showers, bathrooms, or anything like that on a daily basis...Having to ride and find spots to park at night...Having cops be suspicous about stuff loaded in the back with a blanket over it. We kept it as tidy as we could and to give myself credit, For three homeless people and a wandering truck we looked DAMN good!! We stayed clean no matter what it took, and sprayed the Jeep so it looked presentable anywere we went. And why the best? Because, We were always together and we'd always find something fun to do no matter if it ment I-Spy in a Food 4 Less parking lot at 2:00 AM! We found other families in the same situation and kinda grew and made a little crew of our own...But one day we were sitting in the Jeep sweating our asses off, and because the Jeep is black it got like an oven. The cops pulled up behind us and told us to move the truck or we would be arrested and the Jeep inpounded! after they left we locked up our Jeep and headed for our old Apartments to a friends, Called a family member and had them come down and call Tripple A so we could get a thymbol full of gas to get us to a gas station across the street. It took us about 3 in a half hours to get it done but we all got out unscathed just shaken up because of what they told us. After awhile we decided we couldn't handle living like the way we were and eventually came back to Rhode Island. We took a bus, And we were heartbroken that we had to leave it in a Greyhound parking lot until a relative could come pick it up. It is now 2011 and we left in 2009. It is still parked in a relatives driveway perfectly running, but just a little beat up. We plan to bring old Bessie the Bull back here so we can restore her and start more memories with her. Hopefully some a little bit uplifting! There is so much more I could write but I'm only 14 and I don't wanna give out all the spoilers...So I just gave you a taste. Bessie the Bull sends you love!! :)
