I'm from Leeds, GB and I'm mad about cars, that's why I own not just a car but the "right" car! I got my BMW 525 saloon in 2001, quite new from London based BMW dealers. I liked the design and the engine as well satisfied me well, although BMW traditional dynamics is beyond any doubt! I like fleet cars, my mife first feared to go with me but soon got accustomed and now she behave as a navigator sitting on my right and feeling o.k. That's cool that my woman doesn't limit my joys and pleasures but even shares and understands it. Returning to the car I can say it has cool BMW famous "6 inline" engine with 141 h/p and high torque, it's the only way BMWs can function and should be. One pleasant feature - supercharger - adds some more power to initially not really weak vehicle. You know I compare BMWs to sharks. Sharks are different and BMWs too, depending on their engine capacity and vehicle design. My one with its 2.5 engine - an average in BMW engine line-up given its roundish not really rapacious lines of body shape is like an average-sized shark, not really agressive or perilous. The inner of the car is remarkable for velours upholster, that I made a year ago; I'd also point that there is rare decoration of the ceiling in the inner. In all the rest it is the very BMW with its merits - outstanding hydraulic assisted steering, ABS, and the rest driving control attached systems devoted to transform driving into pure pleasure! That's my BMW 525 E39 2000 model.
