We are living in 21th century, the world of Information Technologies. In our days the cell phone it isn't some part of luxury, it's a vehicle for communication. We often see drivers with cell phones when they are driving their cars.

As a driver I can tell you, that the cell phone draw your attentation away from the road about 80% (!!!), yes, 80% of all attention!

Do you know, that in some Europian countries has a law about cell phones in car. Cause about 80% of all car crashes were guilty the cell phones.

And in this countries were introduced a law for drivers who used their mobiles in car. And penalty for who will violate this law, is 100-500$.

So what do you think about this? Is it necessary to introduce this law about cell phones?
