Mitsubishi, 2003, Lancer Comfort 1.6L Sedan 4 doors
Fresh design and nice looked automobile I bought it three years ago after I had got new job. Still there I find no problem, but off course there are little shortages. However don’t it acceptably for car you love. I love my car so may be because it my car story will seem slightly biassed but I will try to describe everything as it is in real. Well here it is – story about my car Mitsubishi Lancer.
I have 1.6L engine and top trim level for it, total mileage about 70000. Before I took it I look though the every offer for this money, it was Almera, Golf, Civic, Octavia, Megan. Some cars I liked some not, but when I tasted my current Lancer the voice inside me tell, hey guy it is YOUR car! Didn’t wasting time I got the car loan and purchased Lancer without delays. In addition I had added for it some stuff. It was improved audio system, light alloy rims, spoilers…
The really thing I like in my car is dirigibility. There were no cars before I had tasted with such abilities plus comfort. In winter time you should follow some rules cause it hadn’t any Traction Control system. The turns and braking are strong sides of Lancer. Especially comfort provided by its automatic gearbox I use it for passive braking in winter time, it is easier in my opinion than if it had manual one.
Lancer has very simple interior trim there nothing excess but everything you need and where you expect find it. There is enough space for three adult (about 180cm height). I noticed slight trembles when low temperature and high humidity. Well it quite sporting automobile even with 1.6L engine, but it will better with 2.0 or 2.4, there is such modification. I know six people who have Lancer and no of them had big troubles. The things I would recommend to install immediately you bought your new car are mud flappers, noise proofing for front doors and protection for all bumpers.
Separately I want tell you about its automatic gearbox. This is really ‘clever’ thing. It adapted to your driving style and really helps on roads.
Wrap up story about my car I underline that this is very good auto for its money. Next my car will be Lancer with more powerful engine.
