In 2004 my good fellow Oscar ordered a pretty Japanese SUV, he found its full description and characteristics online and got obsessed with this beautiful Suzuki Grand Vitara built in 2001. Oscar is 37 and he has a big family of 7, he needed a comfortable SUV with advanced safety features, good passability and big cargo capacity. Basically he managed to get one fitting perfectly his requirements - and for a comparatively low price, a European job of the same class would be more expensive.
Oscar's Suzuki SUV has the following special features and technical characteristics: 16" alloy wheels, remarkably long wheelbase, rear wheel drivetrain, standard aluminium dohc V6 engine (built on direct drive valve train and two-stage timing chain technologies), convenient automatic transmission, Pherson's strut suspension, sturdy front stabilizer, 7.5" ground clearance, 73 cf total cargo capacity. XL7's power of 170 hp is just optimal for Oscar, with its 2.7 liter engine volume has great fuel economy, so the annual sum Oscar spends on fuel is pretty low.
Oscar is 100% satisfied with its extra roomy saloon with cosy leather upholstery and the car's reliability - during the year he was owning this marvellous SUV it only had some minor breaks; in order to fix them Oscar ordered original Suzuki spares on-line.
Summarizing everything said. Suzuki Grand Vitara XL7 is a very special SUV.

By rmcexmgx on 01-07-2006:I think the advantage of all the SUVs - they can feel ok on icy roads , that's very actual given the weather un Europe, other cars can hardly move, well, full drive is demanded, for sure.
