If you ask me what kind of car is the most off road? I think my answer will be amphibious vehicle. May be such a car is not so totally off road as Jeep. But it can swim! Just imagine you’re driving by an ordinary car and suddenly it transforms into some kind of motor boat. And you can continue your way further by the water. Isn’t it funny?

For example one of latest amphibian, and how producers say one of the fastest, is the WaterCar. They make its body from fiberglass. It is powered by a Turbo charged 2.5 Liter 300 hp Subaru engine. The transmission is a Rancho Type I-4 speed manual transmission. The four wheel independent suspension and brakes is late model C-4 Corvette with stainless steel rotors. WaterCar can reach speeds in excess of 125 mph on land and easily hit speeds of 40 mph on the water. But it is only exclusive exemplars. I haven't found any serial models including military tanks.
