Opel, 1996, Vectra HatchbackI bought the car in Russia in 2000. The previous mileage was 80120 km. The car was a little bit damaged but I manage to restore it. It cost me approximately 5.000 Euro. I’ve been owning the Opel for 6 years and passed 7200km. During the exploitation I changed completely oil, filters, antifreeze, belts, rollers and pump. The 2.0 L engine, with 136 PS (100 kW) pretty suits the urban, air-conditioner, various tuners make driving enjoyable. The saloon is stone well designed, seats covered with leather fitted with a shade of the body.
Actually, I’m contented with the Vectra. It’s very comfortable, and contemporary vehicle for people ready to buy inexpensive and reliable automobile. The body parts and sills are zinked that make it stainless.

By PimpDrive on 08-21-2006:don't you run the risk when buying a car in any other country? the problem is the same. A man is a man and this man has lived everywhere, no matter in Russia or in the US. if you're a smart man you won't get a smart a deal.
By Dudecar on 08-18-2006:the statement about buying vehicles in Russia is absolutely right. I wouldn't advise to do it. moreover it takes to much time to prepare all necessary documents plus some obligatory deals with the Russian militia...too complex.
By evilcar on 08-18-2006:View all commentsPolCar, why did you decide to buy a car in Russia? I heard a lot of unpleasant things about buying vehicles there. Smart deals, frauds and all the stuff like that make the deal very risky. You're lucky you got a fautless car. Have a good driving!

I really support PolCar. There is its zest in buying of the second- hand cars: buying not knowing what kind of inside is. That's always a surprise!
